Coin, what is it?

I got this on feebay. Came in today. The seller said he got it in a store in Thailand. Anyone know anything about it?

It's heavy(ish) for the size. About the same as the one icon coin. Got it for $25 shipped. Not bad, I've paid more for smaller stuff. Lol.

It doesn't look like it came out of anything like a watch box. The edges have teeth like a gear. It's pretty cool.

May be a third party thing is all. Most coins have a purpose, not just "oakley" except for the poker chips i guess. Either way for $25 a custom made coin or not would be worth it. The ridges do look pretty cool tho.
