Collectible Jawbone List

Although I don't own any (yet...), I'm a huge fan of the Jawbones. There are so many frame/lens combinations, like all other Oakley models, but Rubyskull's recent post about his new Grand Defi Pierre Lavoie Jawbones got me thinking about which styles of Jawbones you would consider 'rare', 'collectible', or 'special edition'.

I know of a few, such as the Livestrong Edition (perhaps more special edition than rare), and the BMX Chrome Edition, but what other awesome editions/styles are out there?

Not only were 10 pairs of the Rapha made, they were auctioned off to the highest bidder. Lowest one went was $650. Highest was $811, i think. I was following the auctions and posted in this thread: http://www.oakleyforum.com/oakley-sunglasses-exchange/2038-10-rapha-jawbone-auction-4.html

I didn't get what the winning bids were for the last two pairs
