That listing had a postage cost of $400+ LOL!!
eBay probably took it down as postage isn't effected by eBay's seller fees as far as I'm aware.

I believe the terms have now changed and they do charge the fees on the postage as well. (do not quote me on this I believe I read this somewhere just not sure where so I can't go back and reference it)

I believe you are correct, now or sometime in the near future sellers fees will be based on the total cost including shipping to discourage $1 auctions with $100 shipping.
