I've bought the correct screwdriver now and tightened the top screw (bottom one was already as tight as possible) and no result at all 
I think maybe the problem is located in the stem and not the part where the screw is located.
Guess I'll have to hope and pray that the hinge won't break faster because of the wiggle on it.
