Countertop Restoration Advice Needed

Just got a countertop, has all the pieces, but some of the case has some rough scratches. Any advice to help me getting this thing looking better overall and getting some deeper scratches out? Here's one of the bad scratches.

Youre going to have to rough sand then polish to get that out.
Those are beauty marks. no loss of points for those. IMO

So do you think I should just clean up the case, polish and leave those? What would you do? Thanks!

True, but one of the acrylic panels needs to be replaced. Any suggestions where to that cut? And I lost the key the guy gave me.... I picked this up before I went to work tonight, pretty sure the key fell off my keychain. My luck

you can get a tumbler and a new key at home depot.
I personally wouldnt polish that. clean it and get a plexi shelf from any local plastics place. $25 or so.

The shelves are good, it's one of the side pieces.
