Craigslist Deal Thoughts?

I have a pair of Black Flak Jacket XLJs. Pol. Black Iridium.
They're pretty well used. The lenses are kinda beat.
I found someone that would take my Flaks and $110 for a pair of BNIB Fast Jackets.
Black/ with black iridium polarized and persimmon.

What do y'all think? He wants to meet within the next few hours. Lol
