Crankcase clarification,please...

I have searched the database here and many other places,and can't find the difference in the face/case size between the Crankcase,the Crankcase 3-hand,and the 3-hand small. Sometimes I see the small-face labeled as "women's" sometimes "unisex" and sometimes no distinction at all. I have never seen one in person,so once again,I'm clueless,but I do want one. I have yet to see one of the larger,if any,that was for sale and/or I was interested in.

Okay,well I did find out that the case diameters are 47mm vs 39.4mm.
