Crystal Black Frogskin Question

hi, so my mom tried my frogskins on and fell in love with them. So she purchased a pair from amazon, and it came in the white box with black text. While looking at it, I noticed that on the left arm, where all of mine say "made in the u.s.a." her pair did not have it there.
Why is that? (Note: all my frogskins came in the older plastic packaging.) Is this something Oakley has changed on the newer frogskins?
