Crystal Black - Will It Strip To Clear?

I want to know if a Crystal Black frame (Monster Dog of course) can be stripped to clear or can this only be done with the fade models and whiskey?

Crystal Black won't strip off like those other colors.

Ah damn, thanks Batwolf. Guess I need to hunt for a spare pair of whiskey bronze. Wouldn't happen to know if there is a more common colour that strips?

Damn..really don't want to pay the greek seller on eBay 200 AUD plus shipping for a pair of Whiskey/Bronze. they have been up for months yet he/she has not dropped the price, a very basic understanding of economics is an overstatement.

I know this thread has been dead for ages, BUT, can any of the acid frogskin frames be stripped? Would like to creat a clear to colour fade if it's possible
