Custom Lens Engraving

Has anyone tried to get lens engravings by itself from Oakley? Or recommend any other ways to do this? I asked a sales rep at the O Store and they told me they've heard of people doing it, but have never actually confirmed it. Just wondering if you guys have any input. Thanks!

yeah interesting, that would be cool. I know you can custom engrave script through the OCP, but hmm.. how would an engraver go? probably flake the iridium coating?

I have tried recently but was told it wasnt available unless ordering new custom sunglasses.
