Cutting Lenses - What Works

Dremel

Try typing dremel in the search bar and check the threads it comes up with.

It literally just brings me back to this thread...

EDIT -- Finally found the info on another thread after 168 pages of not within this thread...

The @SouLFuLFrog quote should go on the first page of this thread:
"I use a dremel with a fine rotery diamond bit
then 1400 grit sandpaper for the edges"

As well as the @VolcanOG quote:
"I use an X-Acto knife to trace the old lens and cut a clean break on Iridium to lessen any chances of Iridium peeling. I don't use tape usually although I probably should. especially after cutting the G30s for this (M Frame to XS). I had a slight mishap and would have not happened had it been taped. But it's pretty minor."
