Custom X lenses Violet iridium polarized for Juliet. It has the same polarized etching on the left lens. I tried aftermarket lenses, but its just not my preference.

Brand new, comes with plastic case, lens pouch, the screwdriver.

how hard is it to install these lenses?

Not that hard. Unscrew, stretch the orbital frame a lil to pop the lens out. Putting back, place then lens, close the frame and make sure the orbital gaskets (rubber piece) are aligned. Screw it back to where you can turn anymore but not to tight. Voila. I hope I explained well.
