Deterioration of film covering the inside of lenses.

Hi, thanks for your guidance. I've been successful in removing the peeling on one of my Oakleys, but on the other, patches still remain. What is the best way to safely remove the remaining patches?

Repeat applying gorilla tape until all is removed

Funny thing is that no one has ever posted an aftermarket lens delaminating, ever...

Apply it to back of lenses, then peel it off along with the delamination. Not a question of if Oakley lenses will delaminate but when.

I had Black Iridium Polarized that lasted 10 years on Monster pups and I wore them regularly. I always wondered what is the average time before the peeling starts. Thinking back that was a long time to last.

Same question here, have old Fives 4.0 VR28 BIP with fair wear and no big problems yet...

I see polarization filter is infused into lens and iridium coating is deposited on front, so tinted film on back is all that's going to be removed
