Determine Model from SKU Number?

I have Oakleys with the following SKU number--09-884 136--I want to get new lenses but don't know what kind to get--I am pretty sure they are Radar but don't know which model--Do all of the radar lenses fit all models?--Thanks--CW

09-684 136--this is the correct number--very small hard to see with old eyes--tks

All the path (small), pitch (medium) and range (large) fit the radar. Radarlock and radar XL do not. Great frame .
