Did Deep Water Prizm Lenses Change at Some Point?

I recently bought a couple sets of Holbrook DWPP lenses from eBay. When they arrived I noticed they were significantly less blue than other Deep Water lenses I own. Even the base color looks different. Here are some pics that don't quite do it justice, but the difference is still obvious- The polarized Holbrook lenses are on the bottom, non polarized Flak XL on top. There's a big difference. I have another set of polarized for the Flaks and they are identical to my existing blue tinted lenses. The mirror color on these ones I just got look closer to Chrome Iridium and the base color is rosier. The seller is very reputable. Any thoughts?

The colour does vary between batches, like all lenses OP.

I have had a few different shades of DWP, some sexual some meh.

There are polarized and non polarized versions of DWP

Thanks for the info, I've been around oakleys since the 90's but this is the widest variance I've ever seen. It's cloudy today but the world seems the same through both sets, despite the outward color. I'll deal...

Deep Water Polarized.

I wasn’t aware that there is a non-Polarized version, mate.

I am not a technical man (@Chris A Hardaway is) but I believe that a Polarized lens helps cut through the water and reduce reflections/glare.

Maybe I'm missing something here. I have Deep Water lenses that are marked "Prizm," and Deep Water Lenses marked "Prizm P." Are they just different generations?

Newer lenses are marked with a P for Polarized, but I have at least 3 sets of DWP without the P that are still Polarized.

Yes. They didn't always put the P on the lenses....

It's strange that when looking through they don't match. But you will get more color variation on the Flak due to the curvature of the lens.
