Just figured out how to remove the pin in PB1 for arm/hinge removal. Once the plates are removed the arm is rocked up and down slightly in a folded position to move the cylindrical pin down the exposed opening at the bottom of the frame. The pin will move to an slightly exposed length and you can then use fine pliers, tweezers or in my case nail clippers to grab hold of the pin and it pulls out smoothly.
