It was Josh Trank that dropped out of a future Star Wars movie.

Even if Tron 3 went ahead it is unlikely Oakley would do something with it. They haven't done sponsorship with movies lately, at least not on a product,and they didn't re-up with Hobitt or Transformers movies.
