How do these cases come up for sale. I've tried to get them from stores here in Canada. Oakley doesn't sell them. Is it possible they come from optometrists stores? Perhaps sunglass outlets they sold oakley going out of business? Forgive Mt ignorance. I'm new with the display stuff. Any information would be great thanks guys and gals
