Do People Sell Their Rx Sunglasses/lenses?

Just doing a little searching and it seems nobody sells their used prescription sunglasses or lenses. I know there is a limited buyer base for a particular Rx, but what do people with Rx lenses do once their existing setup no longer works for them because their Rx changed or the frame breaks and they want to move to another frame, etc.?

They go buy new ones.... way to hard to try to match a prescription on both eyes
