Does anyone know how to reinstall nose bridge for Oakley Radar Vented Lock to the frame?

If you mean reattaching the lower inverted "V" nose piece to the main frame you can position it in place and then use (tape or rubber covered) pliers to do the final press in place.

Note that although they look almost identical, the one for the Radars vs the one for Radarlock and Radar EVs has a slightly different/thicker attachment point. Hence be absolutely sure you are using a Radar nose bridge. Otherwise it won't fit.
