fake... at least the lens is. Need better pics all the way around the pair.

Someone could have painted around the icon but take a pic of the number on the arm.

I would have guessed fake just looking at the flat end of the stems. Not an expert on Probations though or anything for that matter, unless Monty Python quotes count

Definitely need more pictures. The rubbers look completely wrong, but they could have just replaced them with something else since there aren't replacement. I have a probation & 2 inmates. Wearing an inmate today.
