Does the SI site update on certain days or randomly?

Sorry if this has been discussed before but I was unable to find the answer in previous posts. I find myself checking the SI site daily, sometimes multiple times, looking for any added items or new stock of lenses etc. Does anyone know of certain times or days that new items or updated stock seems to hit the site.. or is it random? Just trying to save myself a little time since I have been checking the site for years and it's very rare I actually find what I'm looking for. Thanks for any insight
