Interesting concept though! What if you did the zombie arm reaching from the rear of the temple forward toward the brain icon? Not sure where the wording would go though...


EDIT to add: Maybe you could carry the blood splatter around the top, bottom, and outside edge of the orbitals a bit...sort of like Dr. Chop's fade/splatter paint jobs...
