Hey OP, Kindly Ask Fed Ex over the phone and mentioned your AWB number or tracking number, they will give a direct line to Fed-Ex’s custom brokers. I have done this several times and the email changes from time to time depending who is on duty. Hope this helps!

@eniretsim try to use the certificate posted, maybe that still is valid.
Whether its old, new or prototype anything marked “sunglasses,eyeshields,specs” needs to have an eyeball certificate especially if its terminal destination is USA. This only applies if your using private couriers. Hope that helps!
