I dont think it was sent from Oakley though they always address me by my first name not hi there.

Good point. I just noticed that. They always use our names not "Hi there." I called Oakley Customer Service and the guy I talked to did not have a clue about these codes. He asked me to forward to him the email I got and they are going to look into it.

I was thinking the same thing. Somebody here pointed out that when we get emails from Oakley they use our first name but these new emails we got start with "Hi There." I was surprised when I called Oakley Customer Service because I assumed they already knew about it but the guy I talked to had no clue about the problem. Well now they know and they can fix the problem.
