Early to Mid 2000's Oakley Sunglasses ID

While cleaning up at my parent's house I found this pair of Oakley Sunglasses. I
do remember my dad picking these up at a JC Penny's (or a similar department store) in the early to Mid 2000's so I know that they are genuine. However, I am not sure what model these are. The only marking that I see on the temples is "Made in USA." There are model number markings.

I was just wondering what model this is?
