Encoder Lens Swap

Hey guys. Anyone on here had the chance to swap lenses on the encoder? I have a set that has fallen victim to some unfortunate events and need to swap them out. I’ve got 2 or 3 replacement lens ready to go, just no idea on what to do to swap them

I can’t help with the issue, but where did you get the replacement lenses from? I thought they weren’t available. Which as soon as any mishap happens is quite a pity.


I got told that once you change the lense that the arms would be slightly lose somehow but can’t tell if that’s true.

Yea I’d like to know that as well. I’m trying to put together something but don’t want to chop up a 2xx $ pair of glasses on the first go

Well, if anyone ever figure this out, I happen to have a spare 24K and prizm field lens

Hiya. The notches on the spare lens should give you an indicatie on how to remove the lens. Can you post a picture? I suspect it's kinda like the EV Zero interface. Not meant to be used a lot, but still doable.

Those tabs look identical to the ones in the encoder lenses I have
