Is there any way to replace the lenses on evzero? I tried to remove the stems but it is very tight. Is there any proper way to do it?

They are very tight. There is a thread here somewhere that mentions how.

Basically you have to move the small piece of stem next to the lens in a somewhat downward fashion while holding the lens. It feels almost like it will break but eventually it releases.
Do not bend by the stems themselves!

I have already swapped some of mine a few times. But they are definitely not made for repeated swaps.

Check YouTube. I think I remember watching a video on someone swapping them out. I bought a pair that has swapped stems.. they are a little loose but still functional.
