Yes, according to Monster_Beetle who made a Gen1/Gen2 comparison video. I asked him that and his reply was yes.

not to start a new thread, but the arm i found which was for a "2nd gen eye jacket" clearly is off from what I have. Am I missing something here or is there another arm I should be after to replace on this frame?

I think what you got is a Trenchcoat frame, not EyeJacket 1.0 or 2.0.

That's an Trenchcoat Pearl frame: you will find it more difficult to get a pair of earstems for these than the eye-jackets. Good luck!
