How difficult are EJ lenses to swap?
Not to bad, you need to be careful. These fit slightly tighter than some others I have. What color frame would they be going in?

Probably the black frame, as those lenses have a couple scratches.

They should fit a little easier on frames that are not hydro dipped. Solid colors have slightly larger lens grooves.

Is there a YouTube video or something for swapping lenses?

Holding frame firmly in one hand, using a microclear cloth in the other. Push on the lens(from the inside) firmly with your thumb, nearest the nose bridge area index finger supporting frame.
Once popped on that side, may have to ease or pop other side of the lens.

Repeat for second lens. Some wear gloves whilst going through this procedure.

Use one ice cube on each side to shrink the lenses wile heating up the orbitals... 🤔
Never mind I think the description from @Funky-Trixtar is easier

Wow! They were surprisingly easy to pop out. Thanks again.
