Seller says he'll issue a refund which is a bonus, suppose i'll be out for the p and p though, (anybody know where you stand on returning fake items, is it legal?)which sucks.But I guess I'm just glad that I didn't send the money as requested by gift rather than goods.

If it was through Ebay I believe you can get a full refund w/o sending the item back as long as you can prove it is a fake. Otherwise you have to ship it back.
