My girlfriend just bidded on this pair while I was at work and just by looking at them they look odd. We can't see the end of the ear stems but just the chrome rivets are a bad sign. Anyways I'll take your opinions. I guess worst case scenario is that paypal will refund me.

I put a fake report a few days ago when I first saw them while checking the 'bay, poor that the auction's still running

If you can't immediately see the ear tips, look at the angles of the orbital joints. On a fake they are far more angled (appear 45 degrees) compared to a genuine pair which look fairly vertical.
