Yessir, the earstems as pointed out by @kronin323 is the most obvious tell and the fact that the seller had zero feedback. At $600 I don't think that the buyer got a deal lol.

That's the easiest unless the seller takes pics that "strategically" avoid the ear stem tips from being seen well.
