First XM refinish

Hey guys! I just wanted to show you all my first X-metal refinish! The frames were already XM, but the nosebridge had a nice scuff/scratch on it, so I decided I would just blast them and see what happens...I knew I could always send them to a professional if I didn’t like the end result.

From everything I read on here, I knew I had the right media for the XM finish, but I read in older posts that some have a step after blasting (which I didn’t do) anyways...let me know what you think!

Also, if any of you know what I could add for a protective coat, that doesn’t change the color, I’d appreciate some feedback!

Thanks man...they were a little light after blasting, so I added a little coat of this oil and let em dry
