Yeah well the last detail to this transaction was payment. He wants 500 up front with remainder balance done with a wire transfer. No you are not covered by eBay then. This sucks. With having only 1 positive feedback I just can't do it. Seems fishy in my opinion. I offered to pay straight PayPal and he said no. Must be wire transfer. So I'm out on that deal! It didn't come with outer box, dvd's or the tool to adjust band. So just to let anyone looking at that here to know. Damn it!
