Found A Oakley Singlewide !! But No Sell !!

Found a singlewide Oakley display case at one of those resale shops that needs some TLC !! No light or fixture it was missing , had homemade shelve , and was in need of a good cleaning and still could not buy !! I made a reasonable offer he said he would think about it and call and I got no phone call !! How far should I take it and how much is too much to offer !! I want this display bad !!

I would say that's a fair offer. Maybe a little on the high side considering the work and money that will have to be spent to get into display condition.

I'm sure he's looking at it in another way.

$250 vs having to rearrange his displays, and find a new locking cabinet for whatever it currently holds. Unless he doesn't use it for much.
