Oakley Vintage L Frames Goggles - Need Information

I went to an Estate Sale and came up on these L Frames. I don't collect but i knew i had to have these. They're in excellent condition. I only paid $5. Anyone have any info on these? Was it a good find?

Don't see them on O-Review. But that copyright in the bottom corner 1988 is some old stuff. Good find.
