I bought a pair of $380 shades from there once, they had been tossed in a box among other random pairs and they had to riffle through the box to find my pair. Then I had to inform them that it came with a case. Sad state of affairs.

Return policy is quite good though.

I know you can return glasses to a store so I do not see why you could not use the discount in a store. Sometimes you might have to try a few stores to get a manager who can help you with it.
