Frogskin soft touch fixable?

Hi there,

I own a pair of Oakley Frogskins (Soft Touch green iridium). I recently noticed the soft touch stuff is starting to peel around the lenses. Mostly on the edges on the outside where you'd wipe down the lenses. There are also micro cracks starting to form in the corners of the lens.

The glasses are 2,5 years old. Is this common / somehow fixable?

Yes with any rubberized frog if your wear them. Sometimes they start to turn into guw around the end of the stems. Until eventually it wears off.. I thought that soft touch came with jade iridium.

It's a great idea for a pair of sunglasses but they just won't last if they are being used on a regular basis

That's why they were dico'd in Canada before their official release date....

Ah! That's a shame. I really prefer the look and feel above the others. I guess I just keep wearing them until they turn into normal glasses
