Frogskins : Black tortoise frame vs Dark grey tortoise

Are both the same? I was wondering, they look similar to me. But as a deception I cannot relate the color on the official website as they don't show real color both frame and glass. Is this a deception and unprofessional, I,ve seen better comparable color elsewhere. They seem to use artificial digital software generator to make their image and not studio equipments.

There is no Frogskin with a frame titled Dark Grey Tortoise, and Black Tortoise is only available via OCP, which is the same as Acid Tortoise Black except for a different name.
