Polished black frames recently seem to get swirl marks incredibly easily these days, mainly from wiping the frame down with a microfiber. one of the drawbacks of polishe black frames in my experience.

They are not bnib, but they are in very good condition, maybe worn 2-3 times. There are no swirls in the lenses. I don't see it in the pic, but you must be seeing a reflection or something.
