Gen 1 Frogs

I came into some nice G1 Frogs from Atty the other day... As expected, the lenses are shot... Not just a little scratched but really really unwearable...

I wanted these to be an original vintage pair with an OEM colourway... A quick check on O-review showed me that matte black/orange iridium isn't an original colourway ...

So my question is: did some kind of OCP exist back then?

Would it be sacrilegious if I put in a BI set if lenses even though they only seem to have come in Bronze (boo) and Grey ( boo-urns)?

I swapped a spare set out of a beater like mph pair I'd gotten for the wife... Matte black/black ... My 'tuxedo' pair... Thoughts?
