Get Run Over By Truck -> Safety Glasses

So I ran over my split jackets with my truck a while back.

They were very beat up, and could have been considered garbage, but I decided to do what I could to turn them into serviceable safety glass for when I am in the shop.

Good ol' Krylon special. They turned out alright, but I've already chipped the paint in a few spots. Just waiting for some new clear VL lenses at the time being.

Definitely an improvement over what they looked like post-trauma though.

haha no it wasn't intentional, they somehow fell on the ground and I found them two days later. I wish I would have snapped a pic before I started the process, but they were pretty thrashed.

Send them to Chop and he'll make them look better than new.

haha nice quick paintjob. theres only so much you can do out of a can... but if you're patient, layer on the color in thin coats and let it dry in between.... comes up MUCH nicer.
