Aside from the nose bridge being loose, what's wrong with the frame to be 8.5/10? Are the lenses wearable, or too scratched? Can't tell by the pictures

Also, they are very wearable. The lenses are bad from a display perspective, but they're fine if you want to wear them.

It's because there are a couple of small scrub marks on the top of the orbitals. There is also a bit of polishing on the right edge of the left orbital. I tried getting these details in photos. Here they are:
