So I was browsing on eBay and came across this pair of Romeo 2.0 which needs some work.(280976533324). I am looking for my first pair of x metals for my collection and wanted to know if this would be a good pair to fix at the price it is currently at??

Bout 300 plus nib.. The xmetal/black polarised combo is rarer and took me over 3weeks of hunting before i paid a touch too much for a fixer-upper..that ones probably a touch dearer

Your talking at least $150 to fix them up betwwen the nose bridge, lenses, and socks. Fixed up they would be worth $220-$250. So even at the current price you would be loosing money fixing them up. You could use all aftermarket parts, but that would also negatively effect their value.
