Hi all

new to the forum and just thought i'd intro myself. from the sunny island of Singapore, got my first x-metal, a romeo 1 in 2000 when i was 18. got 2 juliets about 2-3 years later and later gave 1 away to a buddy of mine.

soon my romeo's gaskets gave way and oakley singapore had stopped stocking parts so it was left to rot. recently stumbled upon the linegear website, and happy to report that r1 is restored, although the only thing oakley is the frame. lenses, rubbers, gaskets, screws, washers are all linegear.

am currently waiting for a premium red lens and white rubbers to put on my x-metal juliet, which is currently with ice iridiums polarized.

Welcome to the forum bro! Nice set up though you might want to check custom cut lenses if you want the OEM route for lenses.

I still remember bringing my gen1 racing jacket to zen vision at tras street. they had the cool lifetime warranty then. any scratch or ding on the racing jackets - brand new frame. awesome stuff.

and unobtanium kits were free too. only $ was for lenses. tt was awesome.
