Polar Ice Caps are melting. Water levels worldwide are rising. This is happening faster than scientists expected. Florida & Louisiana are at risk. Beachfront property isn't where I would choose to live.

FWIW my guess was going to be Rahm Emanuel funded out of his latest 900MM bond issue attempt. Then I remembered it wasn't Rahm but I always get him and Ronnie Lot confused so that's the NFL connection.
