he only reason I gave this a 7/10 and not a perfect 10, is because of the very fine scratches that are on the very top from where you attach it to the frame and the slight cut mark on the right side on the corner (pics). I accidentally SLIGHTLY cut it with scissors just now trying to pack it up. Mistake, your deal.


Other wise it is in perfect shape. No scratches on the lens elsewhere.

You sure that's not H.I. Persimmon? I have vr28 Blue Polarized in a wire frame and iridium coating is a lot heavier on them.

You are correct, brew...it indeed is H.I. Perismmon.

I bought this lens a while back and had ingrained in my mind it was a VR28.

I have made the appropriate changes to the title and initial post.
