On another note one of my colleagues has found my Badman in my desk in SD. Arranging to get them shipped back and will get photographed and possibly ask you guys whether they're goners or not

Good thing is you cant loose any parts of the hinge as long as you don't remove any screws.

Half-X Hinge Repair

Here the steps I took to repair a Hinge in my Half-X. I have looked at 2 Tutorials and in both it is required to manufacturing new parts . This did not appeal to me. Sitting in front of a vice for hours is not my thing. First of all. Buy or use only high quality Tools. Spend your Money on...

FYI On eBay someone is posting replacing new spring hinge service.

Got the Badman pair back from the US. Not as bad as I remember. So I need to sort out my 3 X metal sunglasses. The Juliet's are 4th gen and just need a good clean, polish and re-pin / tightening. The Half X have the broken arm issue and the Badman had a good crunch bending both the hinges.

Hatchets are a bitch to repair so I heard.
Badman are good donor for Half-X.
