Another thing I just noticed - the sticker on the box says Oakley Military & Government Sales - which is the site to order Standard Issue. So, do I have a Standard Issue pair of shades here? Because I was under the impression that in order to get SI glasses, you have to submit some paperwork, get approved, and all that. A bit of a process.

No they just used that box for that product to seperate it from the other IH. If you want their SI discount, then you would need to submit that stuff otherwise they do sell those at retail. Good Luck neighbor. And yes, you do have a SI product.
